What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the platforms you plan for, your audience size, who you are (agency, brand, small business or creator), how you found us, the referral code you arrived with, campaign tags (UTM) and your browser language. If you accept cookies: analytics and advertising data from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Why
To keep your place on the waitlist, send you a confirmation email, your invite and launch updates, count referrals, and understand which channels bring people to Spotium. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
Google (Google Sheets and Gmail store the list and send emails; Google Analytics, only after consent), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, only after consent), and Vercel (website hosting). [Add your email tool here if you use one for newsletters.]
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the public launch, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
